claudialaw @breezeshoppers hi,I’m not sure if Valentino purses all have serial numbers or if any of them have them,I have a few of them and they don’t have it but it’s 100% authentic I purchased it from Nordstrom rack,I’ve taken some of my bags that need fixing to a shoe repair man and he’s been able to fix them 😊

breezeshoppers @claudialaw This purse is matching my VG wedges, and I sooo want take them together with me on vacay in 2 weeks! IF I can fix purse. I will also go to Valentino store tomorrow, and will check re: closure spare detail (if exists) - they probably will charge me a small fortune! 🙂 Will be awaiting on your findings!

breezeshoppers @claudialaw Claudia, it's ok. Send it. I will take it to Boston Valentino's - they will tell me what can be done. If you bought it in Nordstrom, they will be able to confirm its authenticity, and then I will try to contact distributor directly. I'm taking word, and will go from there. Thank you!

breezeshoppers @claudialaw Hi Claudia, I just wanted to share a good news with you - I took V-purse to V-store for consultation and help with closure. They will order this part from Italy, and, when it arrives, they will send it to their repair shop in NJ with my purse. Repairing process will take about 2-3 months, but it's all worth it! Thank you again!! 👍👍🙂
