ngoc1020 Hi Claudia, I’m messaging you regarding your order for the girls bog boots and UGG boots. I was trying to ship your items today but it was over the 5lb weight limit for both items since I put them in their original boxes. Are you ok if I take them out of their original boxes and ship them in a smaller box so they can both fit and be under the weight limit?
