Hi hun, I checked your mascara before shipping it and it looked fine to me. Lots of product and not dry. This mascara is also new, I picked it up at ulta about 2 weeks ago. I'm not sure why it would be as dry as you say.

@pattysfam dang I am sorry it was dry. I have read that you can drip contact lens solution into the mascara and mix it up to help the dryness.
