clfashion99 @ewhitneybrown it's ok no problem I totally understand lol. I'm looking at the size chart xhilaration is junior size. Sizes 11/13 would fit in a large. 15/17 would fit an XL. Your right in between so I'm thinking if you prefer a tighter fit maybe go for the large. It's up to you but please double check the measurements I provided on the listing.

clfashion99 @ewhitneybrown the large has a waist of 15" and hips measure 20". The XL has a Waist of 17" and hips measure 21 1/2". Measurements are taken from side to side.
