@cmperez7 go tho the persons profile page. Look for a small box with an arrow in the upper right corner of their page and click on that. You should see a menu pop up and one of the options will be to "report the user"

You may have to wait for original offers to expire, but you can try now. Step 1: Go to your Dressing Room List, filter by bundles, and select a Dressing Room where the buyer has at least one listing added to their bundle.
Step 2: In that Dressing Room, select the “Offer” icon next to “Offer Private Discount”.
Step 3: On the next screen, enter the price you wish to offer this buyer and select the shipping discount.
