Hey girl! I’m so sorry you had problems with the purse it’s vintage sweetie. I have no problem refunding you. If you would like a refund I think that would be the best thing. I don’t want any unhappy customers. When I went and looked at my ratings I was shocked to have a two out of five. Yeah the problem is I just realize you already excepted the purchase and then gave me the poor rating and I would’ve rather refunded your money for you it’s vintage.

Thank you for the gracious reply. I was out of town when the bag arrived and when I returned yesterday the acceptance period had closed a few hours earlier and the bag was automatically charged to my account. The policy for Posh Mark is there is no recourse if the deadline for acceptance is missed. I felt stuck. I will gladly accept your offer of return and have edited my response. Thanks again. Bag will be in the mail today.

@cjc503 I haven’t received the bag yet did you mail it? Poshmark is working on the Return. I’ve been in contact with them with documentation when I opened the case for a return on an accepted item. Do you have the tracking number that they give you st the post office?
