lizma10sgirl @gunncl I think you have to get poshmark to do it. This happened once before and the buyer did that and then I affixed the new label and she got the package. I don't want to reveal personal details here but address was 2288 w...... Dr NE, Br.......n, GA.

lizma10sgirl @gunncl I only saw another girl do it in a similar issue (her roommate was in a fight w her and refused the item) but I think you go into My Purchases then open the purchase and then write order complaint or comment

lizma10sgirl @gunncl I think you go to the My Purchases tab and then there should be some choices there to communicate with them like Order Help or Support. I wrote them a note yesterday and will provide this new info too but they likely need confirmation from the buyer
