calitaormina @veroerickson I just sent them a message explaining the situation and I regret that i did not photograph the message but it was sent. I also included an attachment with the message Identifying the transaction which hopefully speed the process. At this point we can only wait for a few days. You will definitely be reimbursed but unfortunately it may take a few days. Thank you
