I feel that since I provided you ALL the measurements for the bag in the listing, and the item was exactly as I pictured it, there was no reason for a 1 star rating. I accepted your low offer on the Purse, as well as shipped quickly. You had the option of READING the whole listing and not purchasing the bag.

I shipped it the same day and packed it beautifully and accepted your lower offer. This bag was brand new as described with tag and the size was reflected. I'm totally confused on your rating.
