Time to list that stuff you don't wear anymore and do some shopping. Closets with 10 or more items sell more and make more, so round up your stuff. luxury4 Hi there ❤️thank you for purchasing the boots, I was about to ship them out today but when I got them from my closet I realized that I do not have the original box anymore. They have never been tried on and there are no signs at all of any wear anywhere. Just wanted to ask you before I send them if that’s ok?

henryalex22 Order 5d0bed40c1bef7a0d4d2c218. So I finally got around to wearing those “white” Jeans and they are positively GREY!! I should have looked closer when they arrived. Was my first experience with posh mark. The jeans are in good condition but look like they’re dingy and grey. Will Never wear them. Just threw away my money.

seabythesea @henryalex22 I am so sorry for your disappointment, the jeans definitely did not look gray to me or I would not have posted them as White. My sincere apologies. If there is anything else in my closet that interests you please let me know I can offer you a significant discount. unfortunately the jeans are not returnable at this point.

seabythesea @henryalex22 if you feel that the item is not as described you can report it directly to Poshmark. you can go to customer support center, see FAQS for instructions. ordinarily you have 3 days to report any issues once you receive the item. I’m truly sorry you are so unhappy with the jeans, however I do not believe I misrepresented the description as being white.

seabythesea @henryalex22 There are different shades of white as we all know. If these jeans had a gray tone I certainly did not see that myself and did not seek to describe them as something they were not. Please Take this up with Poshmark as that is their policy for dealing with such issues.
