12bonjour34 @stacimack157 Help, please. I’ve received requests (via news) about one of my items in a bundle? The person sending it is asking me to make an offer to close the deal. It is a legitimate news post, but I have NO idea what is being asked nor what I should be doing. (Can you tell that I’m new to all of this??) Thanks!!

stacimack157 @12bonjour34 Don't worry ❤ A bundle on Poshmark is just like a shopping cart on Amazon.com - If you added the item in question to a bundle, you can go to the bundle and remove the item. If you didn't add this to a bundle, it just sounds like an aggressive seller trying to make a sale by bundling the item for you. Regardless, you can remove the item, and disregard the message ❤

stacimack157 @12bonjour34 Also, If someone adds an item that you are selling to a bundle and they haven't purchased it yet, Poshmark auto-generates a message for you to make a potential offer to the buyer to make a sale.

stacimack157 @12bonjour34 You're welcome! Ok - let's try to make a sale! Click on that message from Poshmark and it will take you to the bundle. You will see an "Offer" button. After you press it, you will have options for a shipping discount and to discount the price of your listing as well! Once you enter your information, you can submit the offer to the prospective buyer. You can also leave the buyer a message notifying them of the great deal you just sent them!

12bonjour34 @stacimack157 oh dear... another question for you! I lowered a price from $390 to $350 plus shipping reduction to be sent to “likers”, but I received a notification saying that it hadn’t been sent; same notification for $500 reduced to $450. I have no idea what I did wrong because a third item that I reduced by 10% was sent to the “likers”. Help again, please.

stacimack157 @12bonjour34 Hey Love! No worries, it'll only send that offer "price" out once to you likers in 30 days I believe. So, if you want to send out another offer to those same "likers", unfortunately, your price will need to be 20% off this time instead of 10%. Or, you can wait for new likers and send them your 10% off deal.

Also, don't be afraid to delete your listing and relist it if you go a while without any new likers and no one has accepted previous offers. if they were serious about buying it, they would have already done so. A new listing gives you new eyes & new likers 😉

12bonjour34 @stacimack157 Here I am again... I just reduced one of the items in my closet by 10% and reduce the shipping so that it could be sent to those who have liked the item. I got a message from Poshmark saying that the price reduction had been sent to only one person who liked it. But, there were at least six or seven folks who liked it. Do you have any idea what happened? Thanks as always for your help!

Secondly, one reason why not all of your likers received your offer is because they already received that exact discount price from you already in the last 30 days. Also, did you raise your price before you sent the offer out?

stacimack157 @12bonjour34 You're quite welcome. I doubt that you made any missteps - it could be just a fluke with the system. When I feel like I've exhausted my offer to likers and am not willing to go lower in price, I actually delete that listing and create a new one. If those likers wanted to buy it, they would have already done so. You might just need new eyes on your listing 😉
