thelaurelwreath Hi, don’t ship the item until you find out how to get paid. I can wait until you resolve it. Then you can let me know. There is that Ambassador that contacted us, maybe she knows as I believe she has been selling for awhile now. Or go to the contact us pages for help and or type as a search ‘how do I get paid on poshmark and methods of receiving payments.’ Let me know how it goes okay,

thelaurelwreath @franfit247 Hi, I saw on the order confirmation that I must click to notify once the item arrives and that is when they will receive notification and release the money to either a direct deposit to the bank account you have on file and you would have one on file if you ever bought that way in the past or they will mail you a check depending on what you put as your preference s in your My Account section where they list all the options you can click on. Hope this helps.

thelaurelwreath @franfit247 Hi, I also found online when you log in to your account and you click on the section where it explains how to redeem in the app: "How Do I get Paid?" Step1: Go to your account tab in the app and tap on "My Balance." Step 2: Tap "Redeemable' and select an option to redeem your funds. Hope this helps as well.
