claudiawebst535 @ffm_designs I am new as you probably know. I am confused with the process. I placed an order on September 27 for a handbag from a seller and I still haven’t heard from her as to it being sent. I have tried to reach out to her twice already and no reply. What else should I be doing? Claudia

ffm_designs @claudiawebst535 On the bottom right in the app click the new icon. Then on the top right click orders Click on the order then a roll to the bottom Problems / Order Inquiry. Then you can click order not delivered or contact Poshmark.
