mnakawatase I am not sure you received my earlier message. As I indicated, the Free People top was purchased at Macy's, a reputable and well-known department, approximately 4 months ago and was never worn. I have the tag. I was not aware of any defect and would have no basis for putting it in my listing. Would you please send a photo of the "small hole" and return the item for replacement from Macy's as a "defective" item. I will ask Poshmark to refund any payment and be responsible for the return postage.

mnakawatase Please put a piece of tape on the "small hole" so I can identify it to support my request for a replacement. Since I paid $128 plus tax for the item and never wore the item, I am assuming that Macy's will provide a replacement. If you would like me to notify you if and when I get a replacement item, please let me know. Thank you.

mnakawatase @willow1767 I have received a rating of 5 for all of my prior ratings. If I was not aware of any defect, a rating of 1 is totally unwarranted. M

mnakawatase My thought was that a return and a replacement would help the rating as I believe that nothing more could have been done under the circumstances. I sent the item on the day of purchase, wrapped the item, and enclosed a thank you note. Given my lack of knowledge of any problem, I think the rating is very unfair.

willow1767 @mnakawatase personally I can't understand how you couldn't see it? Honestly I don't have time to go back and forth, my rating was based on the condition I received the shirt, you stated it was never worn, however it had white stain and a hole when received. As a seller I just would pay closer attention to detail before sending. I'm sorry you don't agree with with my rating.
