tbaby8604 Hi, I have no other way to contact you but I read your review. You might want to turn the pens point side down. I haven’t used those pens but once since they arrived to me. They have been stored in the case since then. So it may just be that the tip is dry. Just thought you might want to try that.

cc_olin @tbaby8604 I tried that. The purple tip was completely ruined and squishy soft already. The others won’t write. I’ve tried everything I can think of. I have a large collection of pens and paint markers so I know about storing them properly. My acrylic paint pens have been stored for about 18 months lying flat and they still work.
