claymationator I apologize that maybe I don't understand the Poshmark policies as it relates to purchases and returns. I have had several Deux Lux bags over the years, and specifically 2 of this same bag. The materials used in the one I purchased were nowhere near the same as the others that I have owned. New with tags doesn't mean that it is an actual bag made by the same company...especially with purses/handbags/etc.

claymationator I was upset that I didn't have any recourse after looking it over with my wife. By the time we decided it wasn't what we wanted, the timeframe to do anything at all had passed. I do disagree that the rating is unfair. It isn't an authentic bag, regardless of whether or not it has tags on it. I'd be happy to modify the rating if there is something that we can arrange. I am not interested in keeping it.
