gpbasics Hi Clay! You have a Great sense of style and I thank you for your interest in my Polo Ralph Lauren Blazer! What are your thoughts about meeting in the middle?

claygood @gpbasics Thank you for considering my offer. Due to the sleeve length I will need it altered so I am not able to go up on my bid. I would however be willing to purchase your other double breasted black blazer with this one for a complete bid for both at $60.00 if you are interested.

gpbasics @claygood Hi Clay! You are right on! The sleeve length is the issue on this otherwise flawless jacket. At 23" & 1.5" extra material I would only feel comfortable selling it to someone who wants it as is with a 23" sleeve or who would alter to 24". Thanks again & Kind Regards, Greg

soho2socal @claygood Hi, this is the owner of the black leather trenchcoat that you purchased from California. Just wanna let you know that I did ship that, but received a notice from the website that it is still not tracking? I just want you to know we’re trying to find out where the coat is, I did send it couple of days ago. Apologies for the delay, just wanted to check in and let you know. All the best, MICHAEL-SHAWN

claygood @soho2socal Still nothing today. Just updating you.

soho2socal
soho2socal @claygood I have an update, the cut was returned to me. I am CCing you what I sent to POSHMARK.... to see what they want to do, see what you would like to do. My apologies: I just found out that the leather jacket trenchcoat the from “ Michael Charles leather trench” was RETURNED TO ME. 1 of 2

soho2socal
soho2socal Apparently that was not enough postage, and the box was wrong?. They say that I would own additional $27 in postage, ***which I do not I I,need to contact the buyer and see if he wants to pick up the extra postage, and if that’s the case, we can start over, adjusting the price.
Nov 15Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal Otherwise, I can not deliver this jacket because I don’t have the extra postage. I will be reaching out to the buyer who’s been patiently waiting for the leather trenchcoat, and find out what he would like to do, but again I will not be able to cover the extra $27 in postage. It simply impossible please advise Michael OLeary 3 of 3
Nov 15Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal @claygood FYI Just so you understand, and I do appreciate your patience, that $27 extra postage will basically my about any profit I would have all been about seven or eight dollars. I’m sure you understand the math, I don’t expect you to pick it up, but if you would like to know if you still want to coat , it is a great amazing piece. Otherwise I can put it back on the market.
Nov 15Reply
claygood
claygood @soho2socal I would like the coat, but shouldn't Poshmark pick up the cost difference if they sent the wrong shipping label?
Nov 15Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal @claygood I understand that posh Mark charges the buyer $6.50, that’s what I see on the shipping label. Yet they turn around and deduct $6.50 from me, the seller? I don’t know why they’re charging both of us for shipping. If in fact we are splitting shipping, it ought to be explained however is not.
Nov 15Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal The whole shipping thing is a nightmare, and I hope you understand again that with the extra shipping I would basically lose a few dollars selling this coat. So I’m going to hold onto it until I hear back from them, find out if in fact you do want it we can make an adjustment in price it’s a great coat and getting a great deal, but I understand.
Nov 15Reply
claygood
claygood @soho2socal Michael, Thanks for keeping me updated. I would still like the coat. Let me know what Poshmark tells you.

claygood @soho2socal I am around.
Nov 16Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal @claygood Posh Mark contacted me via email. They basically said that they could cancel the sale, re-list it, and you and I can move forward if you like. Otherwise I can leave it on the site for others. I explained to them that I didn’t have the equity in the piece to pay the extra postage, and that I would have to charge extra for the coat.
Nov 16Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal As well I was having issues with the packaging, meaning the post office was pushing back. Either way,I did give them permission to cancel and relist. At this point I’m not sure what you would like to do, I’m waiting for the coat to the site again. I explained to them that even if someone pays the extra amount for postage, they’re going to take 20% out of that towards their commission. I explained the whole situation seems unfair to both you and myself.
Nov 16Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal I do appreciate your patience, with all due respect it is an amazing coach and I’m sure you would be happy. There’s another way you can think of resolving this situation without it costing you money towards the postage, I’m all ears. Otherwise I really don’t have a choice. Thoughts?
Nov 16Reply
claygood
claygood @soho2socal Michael, I am still interested in the coat, but I am unclear what resolution you are suggesting. Are you saying that the price to me will increase?
Nov 16Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal @claygood I’m saying that unless you and I can come up with another solution, I will need to raise the price of the coat by $27, above what you offered, in order for me to make the exact same amount.
Nov 16Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal I was set to net $54 at the price you offered. If I take away the increased postage I will only net $24. That simply unreasonable and unfair. It’s not fair to you, nor is it fair to me. I believe posh Mark should step in and do the right thing here, and perhaps they will. But at this point the best they have offer is to relist the coat and let me, and or in you and I, begin again. There are other options, but They do step outside of the lines
Nov 16Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal One last option, I can try to re-send the coat , after you make the same offer, with the same postage in the same box ...but use a different post office. All of my other shipments have had no problem, until this came along ...when I used a different branch. Another option....
Nov 16Reply
claygood
claygood @soho2socal Let's try your last option. I agree it's not fair for Poshmark to penalize either of us for a deal fairly made in good faith by both of us. I appreciate your candor, and honesty as well as expediency.
Nov 16Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal @claygood I couldn’t agree more, a licensed Realtor, And the O’LEARY code, i live my life based upon pure transparency. It’s just the way it is. Moving on, I have the coat in my possession, and once the site re lists the coat, either contact me or I will contact you.
Nov 16Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal I will move forward again the same way, and as I said I will use the same boxes, the same label, and ship it at the post office I’ve never had issues with. Where’s case, they will return it again. I think, hope, we will be OK, fingers crossed. Please keep your eyes open as will I.

soho2socal
soho2socal @claygood Good morning, I just sent a Poshmark a 2nd email requesting that they cancel that order, & re-list it(I have an email from them stating they will do so, dated November 15). There’s usually a 2-3 days downtime between emails, but I just set my request again. Wondering, have they released your funds? Would you like to wait until they do so, or I can re-list it myself now? Just let me know what works for you(it’s not the money, loose ends just drive me crazy). All the best, Michael

soho2socal FYI, **On Thu, Nov 15, 2018 at 9:54 PM Poshmark Support <support@poshmark.com> wrote: “Hi Michael, We see that the order 5be60c52d1c31b52d2885612 was shipped back to you. **Can you please confirm if we can go ahead and cancel the order for you? Not to worry, we'd be happy to make the item available on your closet so that you can start with a fresh sale without having to re-list. Looking forward to hear from you.” As mentioned prior, today I sent 2nd request to re-list.
Nov 17Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal Appears that they just released your funds and wired them to me. So at this point, we need to figure out how to best get you the coat, without either one of us taking a beating on shipping.
Nov 17Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal 2 of 2 Any suggestions? Do you want to contact Poshmark and ask them why they released your funds after they promised to cancel the transaction? ** REST ASSURED, The coat is safe in my possession, going TO YOU. We just need to figure out how? Please share thoughts or suggestions. Im waiting for them to reach back. Doing my best
Nov 17Reply
claygood
claygood @soho2socal Thanks Michael, I have also sent numerous messages to Poshmark without any real response. I personally think that they should issue a valid shipping label at no additional cost to either of us so that the sale can be completed. This is what I have said to Poshmark.
Nov 17Reply
soho2socal
soho2socal @claygood I so agree, and rest a sure did being as your phones have been forwarded to me, the sale is been completed. That being said, I agree that they do owe us postage so you can get your coat. Either way it will come your way. She’s a beauty. Please keep me informed.
