claudiavidal782 hello Clayton, I would like to thank you again for purchasing my coach backpack, unfortunately the USPS returned it back to me today with the box damaged and their are now call outs on the flap of the bag. there are several scratches on the flap, several minor ones, and 1 deep. I didn't want to mail it out again without options.

claudiavidal782 Yeah, Posh won't allow me to send pictures. if you wa t to cancel the order, I can add photos, and you can make your decision that way. boy Posh does not make it easy to contact buyers after the fact, or I'm to stupid to figure out
