johnnelson56 Hi. I just received the order. There are a couple of issues. The main one is that one of the purses is broken. I can either get my boyfriend to look at it tomorrow to see if it can be fixed and look at the other items closer in the daylight or contact customer service. I know if it’s me I want customers to let me know if there is an issue. So let me know how best to proceed. If he tells me tomorrow night he can fix it then I’ll go from there.

johnnelson56 @boocoo3 The picture I don’t think would have shown this. When the purse is open the material is NOT attached. I can create a listing and let you see but my boyfriend might be able to find a small screw and fix it. It is a lovely bag. But I promise the bag did not receive damage on my end from opening it out of tissue paper. It had to have been shipped this way.

johnnelson56 @boocoo3 I don’t know how to send you a picture. I’ll just go through customer service. I was just trying to keep this issue with us. Personally I don’t want people to have issues. There was also an issue in the sizing of the vest but I’ll take ultimate responsibility for not being careful enough on that item. I’ll look at the other things Closer in the daylight. I haven’t had issues with purchases before so I want to inspect the rest carefully now.

johnnelson56 I bought the bag for resale. I am going to attempt to find someone to repair the bag. If not I’ll use for staging. I’ll accept the order. However, if the bag had been opened and shot from all angles this would have been seen. It’s like the sizing on the jacket - the picture you originally posted was too blurred to see the sizing. It looked to me like a blurred xl which was why i questioned it.

You kept assuring me all items were in good condition so I just took you at your work. You told me the jacket would fit a 12. It’s too big for a 12. Late you did go back and shoot a picture and add it to the listing but it was my fault that I didn’t check that one item. You told me true large fitting a 12 so I took you at your word.

One jacket was confusing at best on the answers given and the original pictures posted and another item that i won’t even go into. But some of the things were good so I am hopeful I will be able to have the purse fixed and sell the jacket as an xl and recover at least my investment.

johnnelson56 @boocoo3 i misspoke. Vest. Original picture of size blurry. You told another customer in your comment section that it was a large. She said that she needed an xl. You told me it would fit a true 12 as a large. Later posted a picture that was clear that I didn’t see before I bought it. But only because I told you it was blurry. The vest was an xl not a large as you told another customer or me. The purse was broken.

johnnelson56 @boocoo3 You can’t tell alone by that picture because it wasn’t opened. But you didn’t show that angle. I’m sorry I used the word jacket and not vest. I’m not saying you intentionally deceived me but at BEST you weren’t careful as you told 2 customers incorrect sizing information about the same item. I don’t give low ratings as never had a reason to. But this order was a mess.
