gsr2197 @tangor I purchased a Queen Brooklinen Duvet cover (Order #: 609b65a65dfeb55f66202b68) from you last month and I received a King Sized cover. How can we remedy this situation? gsr2197 I did not use the cover, but I took it out of the packaging and when I tried to set it up with my new comforter it seemed way too large. I checked the packaging and it certainly says "King". Please help out!

tangor @gsr2197 I must of made a mistake and sent the wrong size. I have submitted a report with Poshmark that I mailed out a wrong item and am waiting for their response on how to move forward.

gsr2197 @tangor I appreciate the response. I just got a notification from Poshmark that I should open a case on my end regarding the wrong item. I am only able to do so within 72 hours of receiving the product so I am not sure how to proceed. I am happy to resolve this a different way if you have any suggestions. I can return it to you if you offer me a shipping label and then you can process a full refund? Or I guess I will take sometime else you have listed as a replacement if you prefer that.
