allexablevv Hi! You bought the Express shrug from me yesterday. I was just trying to get the fuzz off and noticed a small hole that I didn’t see before. I don’t feel right about selling it like this. I can cancel the order or also throw in another shrug from Loft for free. I will share with you so you can see. It’s totally up to you. I am happy to just cancel, I don’t want you to be unsatisfied. So sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm beyond furious w my cleaner and I've just been waiting to hear back from them so they can fix it once they found the button.
