mikemob2423 @cessentials the shoes you sent me were nice, but fell apart on the bottom as soon as they were worn. I reported this that day weeks ago. I’ve never received a response or return authorization thank you!

cessentials @mikemob2423 I’m so sorry that happened. I’ve been waiting for notification from Poshmark but haven’t heard from them. Did you just send them an email? I believe you have to initiate a dispute. Once I get word from Poshmark I will refund you. Once again I apologize.

cessentials @mikemob2423 sorry for the inconvenience. I have never had this issue before and don’t know the process. I emailed Poshmark about this as well. Hopefully they will respond soon. I’ll contact you when I hear back from them. Thank you for your patience.
