ltetel BUYER BEWARE this seller sells FAKE apple products and try’s to pass them off as authentic! When I confronted them about the issue they then proceeded to accuse me of scamming, they refused to allow me a return and Poshmark had to get involved! Signs to look for with fake AirPods Pro’s 1. Noise cancellation does not work 2. The serial number on the box and items don’t match when connected to your phone 3. The booklet in the box is not rounded like the real one. Hope this helps someone!

jessicajmlavign non-authentic AirPods. they were disconnecting constantly when on calls and I sent them into Apple for a repair… here is their response: “We have received your AirPods and it has been inspected by Apple technicians. We regret to inform you that the technicians have determined that your product is not an Apple product, and is ineligible for out-of-warranty service. Consequently, Apple has returned your unit to you unrepaired.”

melissanimocks BUYER BEWARE!!! Apple is saying my serial number for the AirPods are "questionable" which means they are saying the serial number is coming up as stolen or cloned. They will not resolve my issue and this seller has turned off messaging, I left a comment on the item and he has not responded. I have opened a case with Poshmark.
