Hello! Thanks for purchasing my Kate Spade bag. I hope you love it😍 I’m going to ship it first thing in the morning. I had to use a bigger box for the bag to fit so it’s stuffed with grocery bags to keep it from moving around but I wanted to tell you I sprayed them with Lysol before packing everything.

@hanakocb Hello, I wanted to update you that I dropped your package off at the post office on 7/8. I’m going to check with the post office today to try and find out why it hasn’t been scanned yet. I also reported the delay to Poshmark. I’m so sorry this is taking so long. The post office has been crazy lately.

@hanakocb USPS thinks that it’s en route but that it hasn’t been scanned for some reason. If it doesn’t start tracking by tomorrow, I’m going to file a report with USPS.

@hanakocb I’ve filed a report with USPS and I’m waiting on a response from Poshmark on how to proceed since the bag still hasn’t started tracking. Hopefully we can both get our money back because this is so frustrating!

@hanakocb I just got an email from Poshmark saying they’re processing the order as lost and that you’ll be getting a refund. So sorry this happened. Maybe it’ll show up at your doorstep one day🤞

@hanakocb it just said that both parties would be compensated so I imagine the card you used will be refunded but I’m not positive. You could contact Poshmark to make sure.
