haleymaescloset Hi. I know you've gotten my messages on the item you returned, but you're ignoring me. In truth, there was nothing wrong with it, but I wanted you to be happy. Unfortunately, I didn't know that Poshmark doesn't allow partial returns, so they refunded you the entire amount! You now have a brand new $148 blouse and a dress that you haven't paid for. You need to do the right thing here - either pay me or return the items.

xerxes65 @haleymaescloset hi. I am so sorry. I don’t know what you are talking about. Why on earth would they refund me for the other two items? A) I did not know that B) I have not seen any refund yet. I am not ignoring you. I had no clue!!!!! How would I know that?!! I am new to all of this on Poshmark. I would have no clue how all of this works. Anyway I will look into this tomorrow to see how they processed it. I will follow up as soon as I figure this out.

xerxes65 @haleymaescloset and I have read their note now. It does not say anything about how much they refunded me. And it was posted literally only five days ago and it says I may not see it in my account for two weeks.

haleymaescloset @xerxes65 Basically, I received the bracelet back on Sept 24th and I contacted Poshmark right away and asked that they refund you for it. They didn't respond til the 28th, saying that they don't do partial refunds and that I have 3 days to report a problem or they'll refund the entire amount (because they're assuming that everything was returned). It had already been 4 days, so I had no recourse. I've never had an item returned, so I had no clue.

haleymaescloset @xerxes65 I've messaged them 3 times now and am waiting to hear back, but they screwed up by not telling either of us this policy when they approved the return. I'm sorry if I came across harsh - I trust everyone and then get bitten sometimes. As a suggestion to you, when you go on to your notification page, click each of the tabs at the top (comments, offers, likes, etc) so that you don't miss something that may be further down the list (you wouldn't want to miss an offer).
