@artofficial88 I see they resolved the case and I’m not sure what the process is now. The money was charged to my card, but I am moving this week and with the holiday I don’t know that the watches lot I bought will get to me in time. Can you hold off on shipping them until I am moved into my new place? Mail forwarding doesn’t apply to packages.

@artofficial88 Since it’s a new address and I don’t know how well the mail carrier is there, I would also like for signature upon delivery please just to make sure that they deliver it to me at the right address. I really can’t afford for them to drop it off to the wrong addy

@artofficial88 ok thanks. I didn’t mean that dropping it off at wrong addy as a jab lol. Just that we’re moving to an Air Force base and sometimes the mail carriers will just drop off packages to the wrong house bc there are always new residents so the signature on delivery will ensure I get the package

I have had a horrible time reaching posh support about the transaction and it makes me uneasy that I can’t change my address on the bundle purchase and can’t track through the app. I want posh to issue a refund and then I’ll repurchase so my new address will show and I can track the app
