honestauctions Hi Cody, thanks for the purchase! The box of jeans you purchased weighs 12 lbs, and Poshmark defaulted to a label for 5 lbs. The highest weight Poshmark will allow me to print is for a 10 lb box. I sent their support a request for a 12 lb label, and am standing by. Not sure why they assumed this many pairs of jeans weighs so little, but this is my first Poshmark sale. Thanks for your patience. Robert in Danville VA.

honestauctions This is what Poshmark sent me: Hi Robert, Thank you for reaching out! We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the situation. In order to be able to proceed with this sale, you will have to break up the Bundle as Poshmark does not cover packages that way more than 10 lbs. You can let the buyer know her purchases that the items cannot fit in one box without it being overweight, hence will require you to break up the bundle to avoid any mishaps in shipping and delivery.
