ceethreec @believeinhope Thank you so much! I got a mediocre review for packaging. I folded it nicely in the box and included a note. What more should I do? She loved the clothing item just not the way it was packaged.

believeinhope @ceethreec that so sad. That happens a lot. Are your try to ask to the buyer why not satisfied with the packaging? Sometime buyer tate bad when Post office damage the box. In that case we have to explain the buyer that not seller fault so buyer should not rate bad fir that reason. Other thing is that Poshmark buyer sometime expect wrapping the items with tissues paper.

believeinhope @ceethreec But don’t worry you did a great job. Wasn’t you, Thats happens to us a lot here in Poshmark, because sometime some people do not appreciate seller efforts, but theres more buyer that are so nice & really do. Keep going. You will see next time going to be ok. 👍😀
