colbymcarroll Hi. When I opened them there was a great deal of white film on them that made them appear very worn. I've been researching that and it sounds like a common issue for these boots that I can take care of with shiner. I'm dropping the claim and I'm sorry for any inconvenience. I just got thrown for a loop at their first appearance.
