buffysummersnc @jacquelineshobb I have contacted Poshmark and they said that the order has to be canceled by the seller,you, in order for them to refund my money. They said it would be easier for them to understand the situation if you contact them so that they can resolve it. This is the only way I can get my refund. You can reach out directly to them via support@poshmark.com and their team will be happy to further assist you.

buffysummersnc @jacquelineshobb I spoke with Poshmark this morning & I can’t cancel it, I tried. They said they would help you fix it. If not I am going to have to contact my bank & put in a dispute claim for the refund. I just don’t know what other option I have left.
