maxiemelt I'm so sorry, I had no idea. Please ask for a return ( thru Poshmark) as I do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase. Just let them know the strap elastic is bad and you wish to return. I'll except and Poshmark will give you a refund. Again sorry for the inconvenience, Molly
