lettie_416 @believeinhope so someone went to purchase a shirt from me and my page says if theyre the first to buy, they get $3.99 shipping but when they click to purchase, its saying $6.49... do you know what to do about this?

believeinhope @lettie_416 : Hi. Sometime Poshmark give a temporary discount for new posher to start their sales. That is a random poshmark select. If a customer see that sign and when she try to pay not let her do it that is not in your hand. Maybe the offer expire or maybe is a poshmark app error. But explain to customer that option came from poshmark not from you.

believeinhope I try to see is that happen to me & when I try to buy your top not let me get the $3.99 offer. Thats not usual to happen. I recommended you too write to poshmark support. I write to them a lot and they always respond me and help me. If they don’t correct that error every costumer going to have the same issue and that is not good to start your sales.Have a good night✌️
