bm73cc I would have never knowingly shipped u a damaged item. I've had them for years and I've only worn once. I didn't notice damage when taking photos either. Is there any other item in my closet that u may want? I'm all about customer service. I sincerely apologize!!!

stars_vintage_ I am sorry you found fault with my items as you have with so many other items you have bought from other sellers. As per your complaints, 1. anything shipped will be placed into a box or an envelope. This may cause creasing, wrinkling etc... Also the dress was listed as pre-owned.

stars_vintage_ 2. The dress was sent the NEXT business day from your order being finalized on Saturday after the close of the Post Office. It was carefully packed and placed into the outgoing mail on Monday, not picked up, so personally driven the the Post Office on Tuesday. 3. The listing specifically said the model in the dress was NOT a photo if this item, but for reference only. Why would you expect the model to be wearing the dress you ordered?

supershopper14 @starraeforeman I did realize that I was wrong in asking about when the item was going to be shipped. I am just used to getting a response from other sellers, letting me know they saw my purchase and will ship soon.

supershopper14 @starraeforeman I had made a purchase once before and waited for weeks with no response and was then able to cancel the purchase. I was worried. I am very happy with my items and very great full for the clutch. I did see that the model was not the exact dress. Maybe I missed the material in your description and that is on me.

stars_vintage_ I want to mention that after this interaction the buyer decided to change her star rating to a lower rating in retaliation for this exchange. I would not recommend any seller do business with her as she has had multiple interactions with sellers that are less than stellar on her part.
