tcsflair Hi Colin You had purchased the snake heel shoes from my closet and when I was wrapping them I noticed on the tips of the shoes there are dents in the very tips I think it was the way I stored them I tried taking pics of them to post but I cant edit the listing I am so sorry about this and I want to be honest This has never happened to me and I have sold a few pair of shoes So you can cancel your order or make me another offer TY Again I am so sorry
