colinshea65 @brennanb2 I will change it but as a word of caution, don’t tell a buyer it’s out of your hands. Reassurance is always the way to deal with things that are not in your control. I was angry when you simply through your hands up and placed blame elsewhere. Blaming the post office offers no reassurance and it shows you don’t really care about your customer. I apologize for letting my anger affect my rating.
