colinalford @kmj2121 I'll keep this short and sweet. You advertised the jacket as a down jacket, NOT synthetic down. Burton didn't sell me the jacket you did. Take some accountability for poorly describing the item. Big difference between down and synthetic down. Just to clarify for future reference. Down is real feathers, synthetic is spun cotton, half as warm, and half the price. As for the poor review... where you expecting 5 stars for ripping me off?

colinalford @kmj2121 I appreciate the refund offer. I'll keep it regardless. I was under the impression that it was down filled. You know how Canadian winters can be. Feather down and wool are the only way to go. Im over it, things happen and I don't like being confrontational, especially with fellow canadians. All the best to you.
