thriftandresell Hi there! I am extremely confused why you left me a review sayi that I didn’t disclose that the shoes were hemmed, as I wrote in the description that these were altered to fit a 5’4 man :/ I’m not too sure what I could’ve done differently there. I wouldn’t have sold them to you if I thought you didn’t read that portion of the description. I really did do everything I could to ensure you got the jeans you ordered

thriftandresell That’s why I wrote they had been previously altered before in the item description. Could you please edit your feedback, as I really did write that they were previously altered to fit someone 5’4 and i listed this to ensure that whoever bought them would know that they would fit someone of that stature :/

cbones78 @thriftandresell you need to list leg length on your posts, not just waist size. Eg) 38/32, 36/40, or out a tape measure along the inseam.

thriftandresell @cbones78 hey man I have already messaged you about this before, I’m a little confused as to why the feedback was edited because I did write the first thing in the description being that these were altered to fit a 5’4 man!!! I wrote that these were previously altered and also wrote that I would be happy to give measurements upon request, i do try to ensure the order works out well, which is why I included this info ):

cbones78 @thriftandresell hey man, just put the accurate measurements up and it won’t be an issue. I’m looking to buy more but none of your listings have leg length. You can totally do this. You may also get faster sales rather than people having to ask for measurements and wait. Stop complaining to me and deal with the issue.

thriftandresell @cbones78 so currently I run a shop and that is where most of my profit comes from. Daily we sell around 100+ jeans and shoes, and this is where most of our business comes from. We only have 1 person working at all times, and to be able to measure the 3000+ items I have we would need to hire another employee, which we do not have the funds to do right now.

thriftandresell @cbones78 and with the market mainly being in person, everyone is able to try things on before purchasing and that works out great. BELEIVE me, I want to get measurements on all of my listings, but measuring the 2000+ jeans we have would take way more than I am able to afford right now as I am currently just breaking even due to the pandemic

thriftandresell @cbones78 so in the mean time, my employee takes all the measurement requests and measures them at the end of his shift, that way whenever anyone wants measurements, all they need to do is ask, he will check the requests, sort through the thousands of pairs to find the item, and upload it for you!

thriftandresell @cbones78 I hope this helps! My issue can be dealt with once I am able to financaly afford more staff, but in the mean time, I kindly ask all buyers in the description to request measuremts if they need them, and write the height of the person we curated from if they are shorter
