mommie2gb Hello. I am really perplexed how you could leave me poor feedback because an item that USPS clearly states was delivered you could not find when you returned home from vacation???? The tracking says it was placed on front door/porch. Did you consider if you were on vacation maybe it was stole? Why in the world you you blame me for that? The tracking is very clear.

cwright143 @mommie2gb I am so sorry!! When I opened Poshmark app it only gave me an option to rate and I didn’t receive the item. I honestly wasn’t sure what to click and was trying to report item as not received. I can change rating. Again, I’m truly sorry 😐

mommie2gb @cwright143 I have had Poshmark remove the feedback & refund your money. For future reference, under the tab “my purchases” you can click on an item, then at the bottom you will see problems/inquiry. That is how to contact Poshmark directly.

cwright143 @mommie2gb again I’m truly sorry. When I opened it, it brought me directly to the rating so I had no choice but to choose something. I did not receive the item so I clicked anything to get me to the proper page to contact support. It wasn’t against you and I tried to correct but due to purchase being canceled it wouldn’t allow me.
