colleenfrank @sveva_mae1 Hi!! I received a brow pencil instead of the brow wiz...correct color tho'. No worries I still have a good couple weeks worth of my current one. The pic and description were of the wiz...do you have that product?

sveva_mae1 Well, I'm confused. It doesn't say Brow Wiz on the box? I looked in the box of these (the one I still have) and the product says Brow Wiz and the product looks the same as the pic. What does the box of yours say (ie what product is it)? I guess I just had one item that was different from the others and I didn't notice? Weird. I'm honestly confused. I certainly had no intention of shorting you, assuming the product I gave you was less expensive.

colleenfrank @sveva_mae1 I have no doubt that it was an honest mixup! Don't worry about it please… The box says brow pencil and it is definitely a pencil that you would sharpen… I am bummed that this comment section won't let me add a pic so I could show you.

sveva_mae1 @colleenfrank HI there! Long story, but I definitely see what you meant now! I went ahead and purchased some of the Brow Wiz so I could fulfill one other order for which I had the wrong product. I havent heard from Poshmark again regarding the case you opened, but I do have the Brow Wiz available in Soft Brown if that helps. Not sure what is the easiest route to go at this point, but let me know if you want me to send!

colleenfrank @sveva_mae1 good morning! I've had this issue before where I received the wrong product and posh initiates by sending the purchaser a shipping label to ship the product back. I haven't received that yet. I definitely do want the soft brown brow wiz... so if you want to drop it in the mail that would be great! Then when I get the shipping label from them I will ship back the brow pencil to you. Does that work for you?
