bayleigh30 @collthorne So I have 2 packages to Ship they both weigh over 10 pounds I purchased the label for 10 pounds or more and the post office wouldn't allow me to ship! Without me paying $55 for one and $25 for the other and I said no. What should I do??

tanyaportillo @bayleigh30 yes of course! So here's the deal. The post office has no clue about Poshmark's relationship with the post office and their agreements. You have to educate them and tell that the online platform allows you to upgrade on your own. Just like eBay. Does the label say 10lbs on it somewhere?

tanyaportillo @bayleigh30 as long as you upgraded to completely cover the package, you shouldn't have any problems! You can try taking inside again and hopefully get someone else. Don't say anything though, just let them scan it. If they give you trouble, explain it's a selling platform like ebay and you've already upgraded the label. If they still don't accept just drop it off in the box. You'll Be fine!

tanyaportillo @bayleigh30 not true! Like I said, if you upgraded correctly there's no other charge! Take a photo of the label and keep that for reference for if some reason something goes wrong. You can email poshmark too and tell them what's going on.

christinah0323 @bayleigh30 Take the package back to any USPS and tell them you already have the label paying for 10lbs. Tell them you need to pay the additional $ for the x amount of pounds that it's over. If they tell you they don't know how to do that ask to speak with the Supervisor or Post Master!! It can be done I work for USPS. It's a little bit of work for the clerk to do on their end but they can do it. They will have to scan the QR bar code at the top to find out what exactly PM paid.

christinah0323 @tanyaportillo Hey, just a little bit of advice for the future only because I work for USPS. The problem is the upgraded label is only for 10lbs. Say said item weighs 13 lb. USPS wants their money for that additional 3 lbs. If she was just to drop it off in a box and pretend like no big deal there is a great possibility of it being a postage due to her buyer. See my comment above in how you can pay the additional postage at USPS.

sweetsandbabe Hello, I just purchased the Dooney and Bourke ivy green satchel. I read the description and I took note of the last picture as advised with the two spots, I decided that I can live with those; however, in anticipation of finally owning this bag, I went back to look at the pictures again because I’ve been wanting this bag for a long time, I noticed that the “O” rings are tarnished.
