I'm so sorry I did not notice any damage to the hem on this dress! Poshmark wont let you return it once you accept the order. Otherwise I certainly would have taken a return. I make every effort to make sure everything I sell is exactly as described. I'm sorry this happened and hope you are able to repair the hem and enjoy the dress. Best wishes to you.

Hi Colleen. I just boxed up your new Manolo Blahniks so I could get them in the mail to you today. But in doing so, I noticed one of the beaded balls is slightly loose. It should be a simple fix by your local cobbler, but I wanted to reach out with total transparency before I shipped... (1 of 2)

... (2 of 2) They weren’t like that when I photographed and posted, so it must have come loose during my recent move (during which I assure you they were boxed and stored carefully).
