tauna66 @cocochanel60 Good morning, yes message them in the comment area of the posted item they liked putting the @ sign in front of their name then your message @name .... thank them for liking your item if you have any discounts to offer. If your able to drop your price by 10% you could offer them discounted shipping. Only drop the price when someone is ready to purchase. Hope this was helpful.

tauna66 @cocochanel60 go to your account settings then open my sellers tools. Then put in what you want for customers discount. The discount will show up at checkout. In your posting you can mention your discount and it will also show up at the bottom of each posting customer discount

tauna66 @cocochanel60 if you'd like to make a posting with a sellers discount. You can go to your App Store on your phone and download a app for free collages. And make a sign showing your discount. Then add pictures to your posting. Hope this was helpful.

cocochanel60 @corneliuson1018 the box was returned to me opened and empty-I have notified Poshmark. I went to post office and inquired how to proceed and they advised me to file a claim which I did. The clerk said they most likely were stolen at the sorting facility. I feel sick about this-but I’m not sure there’s anything else I can do. I send Poshmark a photo of the returned box and am waiting for a response
