princessk8 Sorry for your confusion.If you go to coaches websites/call them you will find that not every bag has a serial # inside.Attempting to verify theauthenticity of a bag based soley on that is not a accurate way to verify. Poshmark can verify-as there is no doubt in my mind it is real-as i purchased it myself, its NOT a used or second hand bag. i have a product number and tags/ receipt for this Coach bag and will be providing them to posh mark and on the listing as well.

princessk8 Colleen could you please give me an update on the status of this case I'm unsure or unaware of the next steps that are taken by you or by Poshmark because I've never had something questioned before or not accepted . I would like to basically know where the bag is and how they're moving forward with figuring this out after receiving my photos of receipts yesterday.

cdtwins08 @princessk8 I still have the bag. When I received the bag gave me the option to return based on different categories, authenticity is one of the options. Once I submitted the claim I received two emails, one saying they received the email and will look into it. I received a second email saying they have larger than normal volume of claims and will get back to be at their earliest opportunity. Please don't worry, the bag will remain in the box unused until Poshmark can make a decision

I was frustrated at first (because of the known circumstances on my end), but I also respect your perspective of wanting to be sure it's actually coach. I mean I would be FURIOUS if i was to be mislead and spent almost 200 on a counterfeit coach bag. So I am trying to give you space and allow them to do their job

Hopefully they can verify using the pictures I sent them yesterday. princessk8 currently have a bag that was sent to the authentication Department their protocol they do for bags over $500 automatically and I'm just wondering how long it's going to take him to get that back to me after probably forever if they're backed up okay thanks again, talk to you soon

5starfinds Hi Colleen. I can try dropping the purse to $12 to see if it triggers reduced shipping. Not sure if it will but if it does, it would actually be cheaper for you than paying 11, but I would get more. I know shipping is high. Bundling always takes the sting off.

cdtwins08 @mariabessem also, the picture doesn't actually match the item. The purse you sent is a much darker gray and the inside is dark as well. The picture showed a lighter outside and cream inside.

I did give you basically my cost on the purse because you were so super nice and I had it for awhile. It isn't with shipping back for the price. It is just there because people ask what does the inside look like. Very difficult to visualize in a small purse. The only error is that I inadvertently said Jessica Simpson instead of Jessica Mc Clintock. The photo is the Jessica McClintock purse,

Apparently there was something funky with the shipping label they suggested that I contact posh and have then generate a new one but since it’s been so long I just paid for postage myself and shipped it.
