I'll be awaiting your response.. I'm a 5 star seller and strive to make my customers fully happy. I stated the jeans as they were, shipped them very fast, and included freebies. A one star seems very harsh given the circumstances.

I do however find this situation bizarre though, I inspect my items very carefully and take additional photos and video recordings while packaging. There were no flaws when they were being packaged and the only thing I can think of would the starburst melting on its way. You gave me 5 stars originally and a week later change it to 1

So now you're assuming it's the starburst? Sounds to me like you wore them and then something spilled on them and now you want a return. You've been blocked from my closet. You cannot return because poshmark does not allow returns once you accept it. All sales are final once you hit the "accept order button"

I gave you a note with a Halloween eraser and candy. Unless you washed the pants without taking them out that's the only thing I can think of, and it would be very hard to miss the note because it was on an index card and was sticking out of the pants. Please don't make accusations that I am not at fault for. I threw in the extras to be nice

Before I ship anything out I have video recording and I take additional photos for my buyer protection. If I notice anything wrong with anyone's order I tell them immediately in case they want to cancel. Your order was in excellent condition and you were given a great deal. Again, the note that was sticking out more than halfway included candy and a eraser, unless you washed the pants with it inside that is the only way it got damaged and I am not at fault for that

And as a disclaimer for other people you buy from, once you accept an order it cannot be returned. It's not because the seller won't allow it, it's because you close off the portal for it to be returned. The only way to return is if I were to out of pocket pay for a shipping label for you to return the item, and then I am at a loss for money to help you return it, and there isn't a way for me to refund your money unless I were to ship out money as a refund.
