I recently shipped an item for you, it was supposed to be the lilly Pulitzer you bought for me. Except that I made a mistake and accidentally sent you a pair of earrings that I had wrapped and set aside to send to someone else who bought them from me on FB. I’m so sorry!This never happened. I still have your shirt. I will ship it today. However, can you please be kind to return back the earrings for me? I will pay you the return shipping.

Package was mailed just now. USPS made me put it in a flat rate hard envelope. Priority mail. $7.35.

I'm glad you got the package back so quickly. How is this going to work regarding reimbursement for my postage since I did what you asked in returning the package? Poshmark told me that they cannot support me when I failed to follow their return policy.

@mireille55 of course I can pay you the difference. Poshmark just refunded $43.99. Will Poshmark do the automatic payment when I receive the shirt? Just got a warning notice from Poshmark about doing sales outside of Poshmark when I tried to send my original note just now.

@cturn86 they tend to do sometimes because mostly it’s an automated system and there are words that triggers it. But maybe we can email them and ask them that question. I would reply back to their original email they sent me regarding the case.

@cturn86 I just emailed them and told them to assist with this transaction and that you need to be refunded $7.35 from the price of the item. Hopefully they will solve it soon.

This is their answer to me. I just have to figure out how to list it as available if it’s marked already sold. Or I can create a new listing but we have to be on at the same time so you can buy it again for me and then you can make an offer for me for the price basically that you want to pay for it which is the $39 minus the $7.35 and I will accept the offer.

Here is their reply: Since the buyer has already received the correct item, in order for the funds to be released to you, you will need to re-list the item and have the buyer re-purchase the correct item, through your closet. Once that has been completed, we can mark the order as received and issue you your funds.

@cturn86 Original listing shows sold and not letting me edit it to repost it. if Poshmark refunded you the full amount. That means you didn’t pay the $4.99 for the original shipping. Right? So I would just have to deduct the other shipping cost you paid to return it back to me which is $7.35. I just didn’t want to list it too cheap because I’m afraid I get an offer on it and I can’t sell it. Are you able to offer me a price on the new listing?

I Did pay the 4.99 shipping plus thirty nine price. You made an offer with the 4.99 shipping. I paid a total of 43.99 which was refunded. If I make an offer now, i will be charged 6.49 shipping instead of 4.99

@cturn86 okay so here’s what’s going to happen. Since a label was created and it’s awaiting the usps scan. I’m going to mail you an envelope with pretty much nothing in it and stick the label to it. Otherwise poshmark will be waiting forever and will not release the funds. I think that’s the easiest way to avoid another claim...
