colleenhogan @alice86 when I received the bag there was extensive denim transfer and rubbing on the back of the bag, makeup/staining inside the zipper pocket and marks inside of the bag not photographed at all. I sent photos to leather surgeons for a repair estimate and they quoted me over $400. I reached out to poshmark and they said they noticed the undisclosed damages as well and I could return the bag for a full refund.

alice86 @colleenhogan oh ok sorry about your experience, but when I’m purchasing used items on poshmark and paying 1,200$ including tax less than the original price I’m not expecting to get a new one, but that’s me. At least I know I came way down on the price since you didn’t have money like you mentioned and I tried to give you the best service but unfortunately you were expecting for more🤷🏻‍♀️ sorry and wish you find what you’re looking for 💕
