oatcouture Hello Colleen- this is MaryAnne-I got your box today expecting the owl Monet brooch however it was stuffed with newspapers but there was no brooch to be found! I saw the pieces of white tissue paper but there was nothing in it. Are you sure you packed it? The side of the box was partly open so I’m not sure if it fell out during shipment? What happens now? What a bummer!

oatcouture @cicitheshopper well - it’s not there. I shook everything out and check to make sure something didn’t fall on the floor. Nothing. Again, the side of the box was split and partly open. But if it was wrapped in the white tissue paper, not sure how it could’ve fallen out.

cicitheshopper @oatcouture I don’t know what to suggest or say... the pin isn’t here. I did pack it in a pouch surrounded by white tissue paper and nested in newspaper inside the box. This is the way I normally pack smalls so they won’t be crushed.
