luisanyc826 I am sorry but I do think the bag was in amazing condition . I never used the word brand or perfect . You stated that I didn’t show pictures of the handle . I did show pics of the handle and When you zoom in , you can see some cracks on the handle . Besides the negative comment , I wish you added that you got two jcrew bags for the price of 40$. I support if you want to return bag.

colleenbliss @luisanyc826 I will keep the bag. I will look more closely at pix from now on. When someone says "amazing" I think it's flawless. It's kind of an overused word that doesn't mean much anymore. Lesson learned on my end! The interior is spotless! Thank you.

benmccray So sorry for the delay in shipping. I did want to tell you that in order to ship it safely, I had to disassemble it somewhat. I did, however, try to do it in a manner that would be the least cumbersome for you in putting it back together. P.S., you can't make fun of my creative packaging inside the box. I had just ran out of the clear packing tape, so I had to use the thin masking tape...sort of looks like my 8 year old taped the inside, but in all fairness to her, it was me...😬😂😂
