mac88car hi there! You purchased a summer hat from my closet on July 3rd. I was looking back over my sales and noticed you still have not received your hat..Is this accurate or did the shipping tracking info just not get updated? mac88car @colleen_nault yes I saw that to. It looks like its sitting in Akron Ohio and has not moved so something seems wrong. I will talk to my post lady tomm and see if she knows what's going on . I will contact you tomm and let you know what she says..Im so sorry. I feel bad you you dont have your package

mac88car hi again! Your package has started tracking again..it looks like it's in MI..my PO told me some areas are backed up because of Covid and sometimes they sit until they can be processed😡. I've sent out almost 600 packages and this has only happened 1 other time( the other was stuck in Detroit MI) I'll keep checking to make sure you receive it. I hope it gets to you soon...if there is anymore problems please dont hesitate to reach out to me . Thanks again for shopping my closet
