Hi Coleen , I wanted to apologize about the delay in shipping your bag but I took it to a repair shop to see if they could fix that corner & they took forever and won’t be open until Wed again ,thank u for ur patience. If they can fix that corner it will be great 4 u👍🏼☺️

Hi Colleen , just thought I’d let u know the repair shop tried to fix the corner of the bag it doesn’t look too bad👍🏼but expect posh to flag u and send u pics to make sure ok 👍🏼☺️btw I felt bad it took so long so because u were so patient I also sent u a brand new Victoria secret fringe backpack and another little goodie bag for a little spa nite lol .. thank again for ur purchase and most of all ur patience with all the craziness during the holidays ! ☺️🙏🏼

I just felt bad it took so long , it wasn’t very noticeable to begin with and it doesn’t affect the functionality at all , btw The VS backpack still has the tag on it lol I’m only mentioning it because its on it way to Posh first and I’ve had them leave things out when repackaging to send to buyer ,just a CYA☺️lol ☺️

I was just checking the status of the shipment for the chanel dress - the USPS tracking is stating that a “delivery attempt was made”, but now further action is required to reschedule delivery.
